Elouise is an in-house solicitor for Fremantlemedia UK with a focus on scripted TV. Prior to this, whilst working at the Producers’ Alliance for Cinema & Television (PACT) Elouise advised TV companies on content commissioning terms for broadcasters and online platforms and negotiated standard commissioning terms with the main terrestrial channels on behalf of the TV industry. Additionally, Elouise supported companies through disputes arising in production and negotiated collective terms with unions in relation to engaging actors, writers, directors and crew in TV and Film. Originally a freelance theatre director, Elouise also has experience of talent management having worked at The Artists’ Partnership.
