Mandeep is a qualified accountant and has worked with a range of small to medium sized non-profits spanning the arts (she is also the Finance Manager of Tamasha Theatre Company), education, and violence against women & girls sectors.

Outside of her finance roles, she volunteers at the Fairtrade Foundation and is a passionate supporter of the Farmers Protest currently happening in India to ensure fair terms for farmers and workers.
